The bagels here are unique, but they're not bad. However, the staff struggles with maintaining order accuracy, so it's wise to double-check your order before leaving. Customer service could use some improvement, as the staff tends to be rude. I placed a specific order to avoid allergens, yet they didn't follow my instructions. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Ordered online at 9:36. Order was supposed to be ready at 9:55. We get there go up to the counter and without getting my name she tells me the orders not ready somehow. We wait until 10:10 until they finally ask me if we’re waiting still. Turns out they haven’t even started the order yet. Very disappointed with the service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I don't even know a very good breakfast restaurant in Manhattan as good as this one. There are always 3 mammacitas, who know how to prepare your breakfast, brunch or lunch. I pick up my green juices from here every morning; it’s a really convenient location just a short distance from my home. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
They served me a burned bagel..when I called them to let then know that the bagel was burned they said is good..unbelievable 8$ for a burned bagel..worse experience
Got the captain wrap, a salmon cream cheese bagel, fresh squeezed tropical juice, and a blueberry muffin . Everything is fresh and delicious, worth every penny ??
