I have to express my frustration with the man at the front counter, the one with the white hair and glasses who struggles to stand up straight. His attitude leaves much to be desired. I visit the shop every morning before heading to work at my own bagel store and usually spend three dollars on a bagel with butter. However, I reached my breaking point when I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with butter and received a soggy, untoasted sesame bagel slathered in butter. It was excessive and unappetizing. I can’t help but mention that paying $6 for an iced coffee feels excessive. After the ice melts, it’s essentially just a small shot of coffee. No matter how I look at it, I can’t justify the price. I understand that inflation is a factor, but if a restaurant needs to charge this much to stay in business, it suggests there may be other underlying issues. I was initially going to skip the review, but after visiting Panera today, where I got a 24 oz iced coffee for just $3.79, I felt compelled to share my experience. The staff's attitude was average at best, leaving me feeling unimpressed overall.
It's such a disappointment that the staff here isn't more friendly because the owner is fantastic. Not only is he great, but his everything bagels are exceptional. I absolutely love the flavor, and they're generous in size—you definitely get your money's worth. It's unfortunate that the staff can be rude when the owner isn't around; they should take pride in their workplace or consider finding a different job. As a small business owner, he truly deserves better. If you want great food and service, just ask for him directly—you won't be disappointed!
Came in early morning around 6:15am and to my surprise there was only one person working in the front, preparing sandwiches for the customers. He apologized for the wait although it wasn’t his fault, and it was hardly a wait. So after about 10 mins of waiting I got my Turkey bacon, egg n cheese and I bit into one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Would def be recommending to my coworkers, family and friends. The man that works in the mornings deserves a raise!

Ordered three egg whites on a bagel with extra cheese last week and was charged $8.24, just called now because it has been bothering me and the man that answer the phone is insisting that that is the correct price. I didn’t even have any kind of meat on it! He told me to look at the prices of eggs in the store and egg whites are way more money than regular eggs.
Bagel Deli Creations was a complete disappointment. I simply wanted to pick up a few bagels, but after waiting 45 minutes and having to inquire about my order, I was very frustrated. I used to enjoy visiting this place, but the management of the menu and service has really declined. I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.
I now drive a little out of my way on my way to work in the am to get my bagel here : and it is STILL faster then going to places on my way!! the bagels are GREAT ...... never a wait, spotless clean and the people that work there make the morning great!!! ALWAYS service with a smile and pleasantries.
We got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and two lox bagels. The eggs were dry and overcooked and just not a good sandwich. The lox bagels were bad and I mean more than taste. They smelled a little off and now we’re having intestinal issues.

They participate in the app Too Good 2 Go, which everyone should check out. The bagels were delicious! Even more important to me was the fact that the owner and employees were very kind and friendly. I’ll be a return customer.
The food is outstanding! My new favorite place. Delivery takes a little bit but the food was still hot and delicious and they are very nice.
