Awful experience. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery of two grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids, who are home sick. After an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver was just leaving (only 3 minutes away). But another half hour passed before she finally arrived. When I paid the $15 order with a $20 bill, she told me there was no change available and took the food back! Seriously, who does that?! Bagel Os really needs to get it together. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this terrible place.
I have been going here over 6 years already and everyone is amazing especially my Thomas … always makes my day going in there … i never had any problems there and the food is always fresh … keep up the good work guys !!!
Unimpressed, food is average, counterperson gave me someone’s sandwich that had been sitting there for 5-10 min vs the fresh one that came out because they were too busy trying to entertain everyone else.
The service was terrible. The older gentleman at the front was rude and was mumbling something under his breath when I requested a darker, well-done bagel. I won’t be returning here again.

bagels are delicious, as long as you don't order with cream cheese!! There was barely anything on it and of course, made it hard to eat while on the road. Don't be stingy!!
Went there to get a bagel and noticed the guy behind counter blew his nose while he had gloves on and didn't change them and then proceeded to help next customer.
As a contractor, I've become something of a bagel expert thanks to my visits to numerous places. Bagel Os is my go-to spot for consistently delicious sandwiches.
