worst customer service ever beware don't order from here they hang on you they make you seem like the wrong person ,placed an uber eats order of bagels WITH CREAM CHEESE ORDERED and guess what no damn cream cheese makes any good sense but the manager was by far the rudest man Have I ever ordered a smoothie and its just juice and ice cream, so $7 for juice with ice cream? He thought it was a good idea to give us a kick that has a crunch and KREam disease? WHAT KID THE BUSTS THIS, this place is a joke and i will never go back here, take your business any other where !
Live near here but consistency has been completely out of the window in the past year or so. The prices have also gone up and are pretty ridiculous compared to other stores in the area. Sandwiches are $7 and a butter bagel is $2.75 For a sandwich about $6, it should be loaded with meat and cheese, but it's not. Just get here in a pinch, and it's maybe a good 10% of the time. What happened? I go elsewhere especially when I get bagels to share with others.
Bagels are very good; however, I can not give it 5 because of time issues. Example, if you open at 6:am on Sunday, I can not get a bagel until at least 6:30. It's always the same excuse (baker got up late). I can understand it once in a while, but this is always the case.
A perfect breakfast spot in town with a wide selection of bagels and cream cheese. Super friendly staff and this place is always crowded. This place is clean and nicely managed - my favorite sun dried tomato sachet with jalapeno cream cheese.

The breakfast burrito and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches were decent. They did the job, but were nothing special. The coffee was not great. I would consider eating here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
The bacon, egg, and cheese was delicious, but the chocolate chip muffin looked and tasted very old, like it had been sitting out for a week. I had to spit it out because it was disgusting.
This is my favorite place for breakfast. Everything is perfect. The Brooklyn Burrito is amazing, I would give it a 10 out of 10.
