I want to give 5 stars because we 've been regulars for 3 years now Why I can 't give 5 stars is because whomever is at the register no matter what day or time of day the service is unfriendly...I don 't think I 've ever been greeted by a smile or :How can I help you? ...you 'll barely get a cold Next if you 're lucky...also when they drop off the food rarely is there Can I get you anything else? and don 't go back in and ask for a to go box...I guarantee you will be ignored...I don 't want to dissuade anyone from going here...it 's great food relaxing environment and the customers are all very friendly....a friendly greeting would go a long way and I might start putting a tip back on the bi...
These are in my opinion, the best bagels, so flavorful so big!!! My favorite used to be the unicorn bagel with peanut butter, banana and honey . Yuuuuummmmmm! But now , I love the Bialy bagel with herbed cream cheese... And of course, what better to wash that down then the delicious vanilla chai latte ! I am very sad that they closed the location that was the closest to me and Aliso Viejo, so, alas, here, we are in Mission Viejo... this place gets crowded, you've got to come early if you want to get your favorite bagel... they have so many different spreads and breakfast items delicious. Coffee drinks. And they have a rather large outdoor patio or you can bring your dog ...
What a fantastic discovery! Bagels Brew in Mission Viejo truly impressed me. Huge thanks to Kylie, Diego, Sully, and Jessica for making my first visit unforgettable. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the place is clearly a favorite judging by how busy it was. I enjoyed the jalapeño cheese bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese, paired with fresh orange juice and an Americano coffee. The meal was delicious, served hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and excels in customer service—you can see it in Kylie’s smile. I’ll definitely be returning, especially since the menu offers a wide variety of options for any time of day. Highly recommended!
Just visited this cute little cafe today for lunch with my hubby. We sat outside on their adorable patio. Their food is really good and great portions. Their cheddar cheese bagels are the largest and cheesiest I have ever had. I had the Kona Coffee Kooler if that was the correct name of it? It was very good. But.....the BEST thing was their Lemon Cooler Cookie! Spectacular cookie. Very soft, chewy and the BEST lemon flavor! One of the best cookies I have ever eaten.....yum!! Have to go back again to this gem.

I've visited a few times and always have a great experience. The vibrant bagels are not only beautiful but also tasty. The food and drinks are equally impressive. I tried the chorizo and potato breakfast bowl, and it was unforgettable—I can't stop thinking about it. I highly recommend this spot!
Our fav Bagel store forever!! Big seller are Egg bagels grab em while you can they run out! Next is their Chicken salad sandwich on dark squaw bread! Also Egg, cheese, bacon bagel sandwiches are all yummy. Servers are super patient nice!
Always a good meal. I like being able to choose my bagel for my sandwich and they include a salad or side at no extra cost. The patio is nice and I've always found the service to be pleasant and efficient.
Second year, Bagels Brew advertises Easter Bagels available through April. Tried to order today for first week in April, told not available. They should honor their advertising commitments.

Terrible service—I waited 30 minutes for my salad, only to be told they had forgotten my order. The cashier seemed indifferent and unconcerned.
