Went before for happy hour. Our server told us to place our order on the kiosk on the table. We had a special request about the order and could not put it on the kiosk, so we had to wait for the server to come back. Well it took him minutes to come back to our table and by this time it was well after We informed him we were trying to utilize happy hour and he stated that it will be fine and heâll adjust the bill. Well once our bill came it was not adjusted and he proceeds to tell us that their system is down but he computed the bill by hand and told us an amount that was not with the half off. At least two employees (including the manager parked in the handicap spaces so there were none available for my in-laws. When I mentioned that only two of the six cars in the handicap spaces had proper tags they were nonplussed but did run out to move them. The food was only ok. We sent back a mojito cubano because it had rotted mint in it (really). The crab stack appetizer was very good I would not go back.
Waited minutes before the waitress came. I asked another server to take my drink order. My appetizer was barely warm and the Ultimate Pina Colada was nothing like I had tasted before. She checked on us a few times. We ran out of drinks.
The server took our order and than kind of just disappeared. It took us over an hour to get chicken bowls when people around us that had came in way after us were eating and finishing up by the time we finally received our good.

Food was good, portions were large, service was acceptable but not fantastic. Not all areas of restaurant open. Posted that they have a staff shortage. Reasonable price for the meal.
Marcus, was our waiter and his service was exceptional. We really appreciated all his efforts last night. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time.
