Thierry Falconnier offers wonderful French infused regional kitchen with the best seasonal produce available - he buys much of his fish and vegetables in Close by Alsace. His style of cooking is modern, light, very healthy and it tastes simply excellent. Everday there are numerous specialities. For fish and meat Lovers, for vegetarians for friends of simple, but great cooking - this is the place to be. Prices are moren than reasonable. He is less than 20 min by train away from Freiburg City Center. Definitely worth the trip. Always parking space available.

This is excellent french-style restaurant nearby Freiburg, 10 minutes drive. The menu is not large but everything is very delicious, accompanied with a good choice of Bader area wines. Strongly recomended!
