I waited a long time during the late afternoon, around 5 to 6 PM, and noticed many other people waiting as well. The to-go food was acceptable. I wasn't too concerned about the extra flavor since I boiled the soup when I got home to ensure everything was properly cooked. The rare beef pho came with three slices of rare beef, and the soup was salty and flavorful, as expected. I added a bit of water while I was reheating it.

0 stars if possible.ALL WORKERS ARE TOO CHATTY, I waited 10 mins at the drive thru microphone, trying to grab someone's attention by screaming, honking my horn and when that didn't work, I drove up to the window, STILL attempted to wave down SOMEONE, waited another 10 minutes and was still trying to honk for someone's attention, NO ONE was doing their job in being aware they were working not there to talk and ignore drive thru. FINALLY after 20 MINUTES, I was fed up and got out of my car and knocked on the window. All of a sudden they noticed the LOUD KNOCK versus the 20 MINUTES OF HONKING. First service is rude. Specially the two older ladies. They always in a bad mood .They don't give you what you ask for. Is hard to communicate. No wonder they have less costumers. It has changed so much it was my favorite place. The food was great and I was willing to let their bad service slide. But it's been about a year that the food is not quite the same. I for sure will stop going.
I ordered from this restaurant because it had the best reviews in my area, but I'm struggling to understand how it earned such praise. My bánh mì tasted more like mayonnaise than anything else and had very few vegetables on it, despite “veggie” being in the name. The spring rolls were mediocre, and they forgot my steamed bun. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money I spent.

I ordered 2 steamed pork buns 1 fried rice and 2 bbq pork sandwiches through DoorDash for pick up. Soon as I get home I take a bite out of one of the steamed buns... it was frozen on the inside both of them. I threw away the whole order. Why risk it ? I called to let them know that they sold me frozen pork buns and the lady said I don't know.
Wow, this chicken dish was fantastic! The chicken portions were generous, and the broth was absolutely delicious. Both my child and I are feeling under the weather, so this comforting bowl was like medicine, helping with our congestion and hunger. You should definitely try it—you won’t regret it!
Terrible service they got my order wrong they made me wait in the drive-through for 18 minutes the place looks horrible it's so dirty I recommend that you save yourself your money and your time.. rude rude rude
The food was lukewarm, and one of the bowls was missing the rare meat that was supposed to be part of the special combo. The taste was just okay, and I wouldn’t order it again.
