As a gluten-free customer, I won't be ordering from Banjos again. Their website doesn't indicate that they have gluten-free options, and when I inquired, all I received was a small plate of salad, for which I was charged £5. I emailed the owners to express my dissatisfaction with paying that much for just salad, especially when the non-gluten-free options included sandwiches, chicken nuggets, cake, savory bites, and spring rolls. The customer service was disappointing, as Rob confronted me after I suggested they offer clearer gluten-free options. Overall, I'm quite unhappy with my experience.
