Bao Dao,How funny when I see my dish being so much smaller than my wife's noodle dish We tried the signature dishes, my pork rice was what I expected so I liked it Dumplings were ok,largish in size but not as flavoursome as I was expecting My wife's beef noodle soup she like though a little spicy Food came out pretty quickly Prices are ok but my rice dish was smaller than expected Nil issues with service Not much ambience here Was expecting more from this place The Japanese pancakes while they had various varieties, half the options weren't available or had a long wait time

Eating here made me feel like I stepped into a small, hole in a wall eatery in Asia. You definitely need to try their intercoastal noodle and their fried basil chicken. The food is filled with loads of flavour and I'm excited to try the other dishes like the trotters and would give the Gwa Bao and dumplings a miss in our next visit. This place ticks service, food and value for money - a great place to grab a quick bite in Chatswood that will satisfy your stomach and budget to allow you to spend money on other non essential items in Westfield.

Mr P pointed out that the beef noodles taste exactly like the ones he used to have downstairs of his Taipei apartment. He also said: "Look at their giant jars of pork mince marinated in soy sauce, that's SOO Taiwanese!" That pretty much sums it up - a tiny but authentic Taiwanese place with all the local favourite dishes. Standard, but what do you want other than a capitalised LOCAL? Oh and did you know we consume 2 bags of their frozen dumplings each week? That's 50 dumplings each week!

Had a bowl of their signature noodle soup! The richness of the soup warms my entire stomach and the fragrance left inside the mouth makes it hard to stop the next spoonful. Perfect match for a cold day like this. So delicious and value for money. Definitely come back for more!
