went here recently to lunch with a friend after it was years before and enjoy it. it has obviously changed the hands when the photos were taken on the website, as the only similarities are the name. I had the salt pepper squid... and it had something squid, pruning and the 2 smallest slices of the rupee root possible and some of the cheeses were blown on it. I would not really class it salt pepper with rocket as salate. the steak sandwich was full of gristle and infinity, the mayo was simply exaggerated and the brot was too sweet. the coffees were good fit. it has a large local environment away from anywhere, but the place seemed dirty, eating was simply average in the best and the coffee av...
we went back here last week, as we went for years and found the food and drinks, but above all the service, were not on the standard we were used to. has it changed the hands? we may go further. but we were disappointed this time.
this place needs food hygiene to check after ventilation. in winter they had closed the door because it was cold, but they had no ventilator and they can smell the c=oil over the clothes and hardly breathe fresh air in air.
Found this cafe 4 years ago they changed the menu a bit but keep their best ones! I have tried most of the food and it always amazing!!! The coffee also nice.. for summer please ask for ice latte!!! Love it!!
