In 2006, I adopted a gluten-free diet, and at that time, there weren't many options available for eating out or shopping. While out with someone, I discovered this bakery and instantly fell in love with it! Fast forward to 2017, and I still enjoy getting my lunch and delicious desserts from there. After living in Long Island for a while, it was easier for me to access my favorite treats. Now that I’ve moved back to Brooklyn, the silver lining is that I work in Long Island, just a few blocks away from the bakery. We ordered a cake yesterday for an 80th birthday celebration. My daughter has celiac disease, so we've often had to be careful about what she eats, but this was the first time we ordered a whole cake. Although there was a large cake for all the guests at the party, we decided to get a yellow cake with white icing and cannoli filling to mimic the one from the restaurant. I have to say, the cake we ordered was twice as good as the one from the restaurant—literally twice as good! It looked absolutely incredible and tasted just as amazing. These are the best banana chocolate chip muffins and banana muffins I've ever had! It's amazing that their gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are so delicious; even my mother, who isn't a fan of chocolate chip cookies (except for the ones I bake), loved them. The new brownie recipe is fantastic too!
Food is absolutely amazing. Ordered a custom cake from them, hit a snag but after speaking to the owner Bridgette, everything was resolved. She was sweet, understanding and professional. A great environment with new products every time you go in. LOVE THIS PLACE.

If you have food allergies this place is a MUST! I never thought I would ever be able to eat delicious bakery treats in my life, well I was wrong! I wish I knew about this place long ago! I've only been here once but I can not wait to come back!
By far THE BEST gf bagel I've had in my life!!! So excited to have them shipped across the country so I can eat them year round!!! Oh and the rainbow cookies and dounuts covered with chocolate....no words for their yumminess!!!
Great experience. I have a cake here for my birthday because my sister is GF. All my guests and I traveled about it. The Oreo Icing is so amazing. Also got a sesame bagel with cream cheese and it was so good. Will return!!!
FINALLY a place me and my hubby can go to enjoy food! As a gluten-free Vegetarian, it is slim pickins for us... but Bare Naked is the BEST!! Thank you for giving us choices!! :
