I placed an order for 4 burgers with fries on a side. Food was delivered called and with no sauces. One burger missed tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. I called the place and the girl who answered transferred me to the manager. Right away she said that she can’t help, and if my food was delivered cold and without sauces it’s just a delivery issue. I asked for her name and she said she is not obligated to tell me her name, she doesn’t feel like I should know her name. And she hanged up on me. I will never go back to this place, poor customer service. October 28th. Order number 190.
I’ve been here a handful of times, it’s my boyfriends favorite restaurant. The burgers are always mouthwatering, the chicken sandwiches are delicious, and their sides and milkshakes are so good ! We would recommend their truffle fries or their new popcorn chicken so yummy! In the photo is the blues burger, I can’t remember the name off the top of my head. Highly recommend for a more casual dinner or lunch with people who would appreciate good food. The service is always great too.
I’ve ordered before and it’s been good. But this is the salad I ordered today I don’t understand how they can let this type of lettuce go out the door who would eat this? They also added tomato to sandwich when I specifically asked it to be left out due to allergies. After 15 minutes of looking for parking, this is what I got. The manager didn’t even apologize when I called, she just said i’ve seen other salads today and they were fine. Not this one!

This place is great. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and I love the variety. Tonight, there was an issue with my burger. I received a text about reviewing it, so I did so, telling about the mix up. The manager called me immediately and offered to make it right, which was awesome of her. The mix up wasn’t going to stop me from returning, but I’m definitely going back more frequently now.
By far the tastiest burgers ever. Nothing on the menu disappoints you. All grass fed meat. From elk to bison, it's all delicious. The portions are big, so go on an empty stomach. You will not be disappointed with the burgers. My favorites so far are Elkasaurus, The National and The Supreme. The organic coconut milk shake is mind-blowing. Even the cola taste yummy.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon with a friend.. we were seated and served right away. I had the chicken sandwich which was tasty. My friend enjoyed her burger. Honestly no complaints... good place to get a quick and filling meal. There are vegan options as well.
Excellent service , seated quickly, electronic menus. This was my first time trying a vegan meal, I ordered the original impossible burger with fries. Everything was really good. The nuggets were good as well. Definitely recommended, definitely would return!

Always a great experience here. Friendly staff, food always tasty, order always exactly as requested (and on time for pickup). I love how they wait until you pick up to make the shake so it's fresh. A !
Hamburgers were good but the steaming hot fries with the garlic aioli was the star of the meal!
