The food is decent; the coconut chicken soup is tasty, but the fried fish is disappointing—the fish didn’t seem fresh and tasted like it was about to spoil. The caramelized shrimp, listed on the menu as "giant shrimp," are actually small, about the size of a pinky finger, and a bit too sweet. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere and surroundings are very nice, with a pond in the back that you can see. There’s also outdoor seating where you can enjoy your meal during the summer, plus a small park perfect for taking photos or attending events!
Update: We've returned several times and enjoyed each visit. This has quickly become our favorite spot for Asian cuisine. Tonight we had sweet and sour tofu, which was fantastic. Although we didn’t get a photo of the appetizer, it was excellent too. We came during restaurant week and were thoroughly impressed! The cocktails were creative, and the food was outstanding. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel very inclined to do this considering that we are trying to find large Asian foods since moving to the area. This is now my way for great Thai food!!! It was delicious. I only have 4 stars, because it then expects pricier, but worth every bite! I highly recommend it.
Other than the longer than expected wait, the food was great. We'd definitely return for another date night. Hopefully we can get quicker service and the same or better food experience. This is for the Basil in Mt. P. We did get take-out the next day at the one in N.Chuck, since we really enjoyed the food.

The food and service was amazing! So tasty. We sat outside and there were some annoying flies but there was this hilarious little lizard that sat in our flowers and ate probably 8 flies. Super entertaining and very helpful, it had quite thepersonality! Should be on staff really.
This place has fantastic views; I was sitting outside to enjoy their food. The staff service is excellent. The prices are slightly higher than in other areas. Unfortunately, the food is a bit salty for me.
This place is fantastic. I highly recommend, appetizers, food and drinks are wonderful. Nice evening to sit on deck and enjoy the South Carolina weather. We will be returning.
