This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever experienced. Workers ignored us at the window and were closing up an hour early. We ordered online but were refused service and then were not able to cancel our order online. This is the second timethis place has been terrible to me. The first time I was picking up a DoorDash and their inability to function costed me$200. This place needs to be closed or have an entire new staff. Please DO NOT GO HERE!
Told us they couldn't do 2 separate orders because they were short staffed....okay interesting. While looking at the menu we hear them mock us over the intercom. When we pulled up to window after getting our food (waited until after because god knowswhat they would of done to it), I asked them if they knew we could hear them mocking us? And they turned their backs to us andclosed the window.
What is going on at this location?? No one wants to work here? Need to put up a sign in the drive through so people don't waste time waiting. My drink wasn't cold at all and my chalupas shells weren't cooked. Whoever owns this needs to pay the workers moreand they the place staffed before it shuts down.
This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. I called twice to ask about special orders, but no one ever answered. Later, I got a call from the Mt P police accusing me of harassment and threatening to file a report. Who is managing this place? Book a table now
This Taco Bell has an excellent manager! Huge thanks to Shawn for going above and beyond to make sure every visit is the best Taco Bell experience. The staff are very friendly, the drive-thru is quick, and the food tastes amazing!
don?t try and order after 8pm because they won?t take it. always closing way before they are supposed to and just don?t make online orders. don?t waste your money go somewhere else and maybe actually get food
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was awful, with rude staff. It took forever to receive our food, and they didn’t even bother to close my chalupa or melt the cheese in my quesadilla.
They missed part of my order—4 out of 6 items were correct. I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the rest. My tortilla was torn and the food was cold, packed together in broken pieces. Book a table now
