If you 're ever in SC, find yourself a The Grit Counter . The BEST grits. We wished we would 've visited this restaurant early on in our trip because it was the best meal we had! The entire experience from ordering our food to receiving it was A+! Don 't let me forget that peach tea! Oh my lord, literally the best tea I 've ever had! My wife surprised me with a beautiful weekend getaway for my birthday. We came across this outstanding restaurant, and had a breakfast you won't believe. The service was great and the food was excellent, with a glass of wine. If you’re in the area you must go to enjoy the experience. We'll visit again , garentee. We recommend this establishment to friends and family.
Delicious! Definitely worth stopping in. We tried the shrimp and grits, ranchero and peaches and cream grits. The staff member at the counter was very helpful too!
I wasn't disappointed even after 15 years. I stopped the mandatory to have the grütze and the charleston hot huh. it was delicious with the right amount of heat.
