I have always had mixed experiences at this particular location. The milkshake and hot chocolate are consistently watery. However, during my recent visit, I began to question if something more deceitful was afoot. I ordered a kids scoop for my son, which was listed on the menu for $3.49. When the worker went to retrieve the cup, they claimed that they no longer offered kids scoop sizes at this location, contrary to what was displayed on the menu. I inquired if this policy was implemented nationwide by Baskin-Robbins, but was told it was a decision made solely by the owner of this particular store. I ultimately gave in and paid $4.49 for a single scoop, feeling uncertain about the true motive...
I simply wanted to surprise my fiancé with a banana split for her birthday, but instead, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The server struggled to understand English, leading to multiple mistakes with my order. Despite my efforts to correct the errors, the service only continued to decline. The server lacked basic communication skills and even struggled to make a simple banana split without guidance from a picture. To top it off, I was left with no bag or cover for my dessert, forcing me to awkwardly carry it home. This place is horrible. I called this morning inquiring about the graduation cakes and an employee answered and lied saying they did not have graduation cakes. I asked again because it is common this time of year to have these cakes. The employee then said oh yes, we do have these cakes. I asked her what type of cake it is and the flavor of ice cream. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back multiple times and she refused to answer the phone when I called back. This is rude and honestly, with the number of other companies that make graduation cakes its unbelievable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
We stopped in for a quick evening snack after dinner. We each got a scoop of ice cream, but what’s interesting is that the ice cream was very soft as if the freezer where the ice cream is isn’t working. This was our first time at this location, so I’m not sure what their norm is here. Yet, when visiting other Baskin Robbins locations, we haven’t gotten ice cream that was like soft serve ice cream. The staff were nice. It’s conveniently located in Bayside near two hotels.

Not gonna lie, a few of their choices of ice cream looks it's been hanging around for awhile. With that said, the staff has always been friendly and they're quick to work their magic! The Dunkin' side of the store is often busier, but I like to come in for a quick milkshake, usually of the World Class Chocolate variety. This being a combo store means you can order one of their affogato, which is super cool.
Went in for an ice cream cake bc I wanted something different than carvel, ice cream is good just don't ask to get anything written on your $40 cake! I can't figure out if he could spell Anniversary or ran out of room. should've went to Carvel!
Caramel is the best one for me! I love 3 scoops with caramel on the top and some nuts .yummy
