This Dunkin' Brands location used to be excellent, with staff who were both knowledgeable and fluent in English. Unfortunately, the new employees struggle with basic ice cream terminology from the menu, such as "toppings," a word that has been commonly used for decades. They consistently confuse it with "chocolate." Beyond their limited language skills, their overall competence is lacking, often failing to follow simple orders—except when it comes to coffee, it seems. I ordered a small hot chocolate for my child, but when I received it, it seemed like there wasn't enough powder. I went back to have it looked at, and instead of refilling the machine with fresh powder and making a new cup, the woman at the counter simply added more mix to the existing one, resulting in a darker color. I had also ordered a coffee for myself and a regular coffee for my partner, along with some donuts. Unfortunately, the staff member working at that time made some poor choices, ultimately ruining what should have been a pleasant experience at Dunkin'.
The employees that work the counter are pleasant but this is the second time I was charged tax on bagged coffee. I reached out to corporate who reached out to the franchisee. The franchisee never responded. If the franchisee can't be bothered to respond to a long time customer, I will take my daily business elsewhere.
Latte Machine seems to be broken. Young lady who helped me cared more about getting back to the corner to get on her phone then making my drive the way I asked. Such as sugar in my tea or milk in the coffee. I asked for basic drinks.

Not the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They did not have any chocolate chip muffins. Donut selection was low. Service was slow and donuts were stale. Go elsewhere if you can.
I absolutely adore the morning team; they are incredibly friendly and attentive! My drinks consistently taste fantastic!
