This location feels like a blend of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. Morning coffee staff occasionally struggle with language barriers, leading to errors during busy times. The ice cream section can be inconsistent as well; sometimes the freezer breaks down, causing soft serve to be served instead of the regular hard ice cream. Despite these problems, the staff keeps serving the ice cream without resolving the issues.
There were 4 people working at 9 pm , one person told me ?hold on? and went to the back. Then 2 girls tried taking my order so I tried getting the Oreo cold brew blast. One of the girls said that no one knows how to make it. She said only one employee whoworks mornings can do it. Amazing I love that. It?s a scoop of ice cream , coffee , and Oreos blended together. I visited Baskin-Robbins on New Year's Eve to enjoy a hot fudge sundae. Unfortunately, the ice cream had ice crystals and lacked flavor. I requested extra hot fudge, but when the server went to get it, the pot sounded empty, and I didn't receive even a single squirt. The server seemed completely uninterested in his job. I'd rather skip dessert altogether than return to this location.
