I love Sobol and have never been to this location. It was okay. I got a classic acai bowl with everything on it. Most of the strawberries weren't fresh unfortunately. I'm thinking that they had been frozen and thawed out. They were squishy and tasted bad. I was disappointed because every time I have gone to Sobol in my town the fruit is perfectly fresh. The rest of the bowl was okay. The smoothie part was frozen with big ice crystals in the middle which was weird. I'm wondering if they premake them, freeze them, and then let them sit out to thaw. It took the girl maybe 15 seconds to make, which seemed really fast and made me think it was premade.
This used to be my favorite solbol spot but after today i never really want to return. Normally i get half green and half acai with no granola. I was denied and charged as extra acai when i still wanted the same amount in the cup. I settled for green, no big deal i guess just not what i wanted and always get. when i recieved it it wasn't even edible. Like ice in a cup. I have had my bowl in the heat for 30 min in my car heater and their is still ice chuncks. It just put a big damper on my day. If you want an acai bowl now i would suggest any other location unfortunately
Much like the review from Djkitty 2 months ago, I experienced a bowl that was practically all ice yesterday. We got the spirulina bowl. I tried to excuse the ice as it was the end of the night and my boyfriend and I had ordered right before closing. However, I am sad to see I am not the only customer to experience this. I would definitely like to see this solbol improve their acai bowl texture as an icey acai bowl is painful on the teeth and loses its flavor. Otherwise the peanut butter and granola toppings were great.
The bowls at this restaurant now have significantly less granola than they did a few months ago. They are not consistently made each time I order. It seems like the business is trying to cut costs. I might have to find a new place to eat now. The takeout service was good but the meal type was a bit different. The price per person is between $30 and $50. The food was decent, with a rating of 2 out of 5. The service and atmosphere were both rated 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Acai Bowl.

Absolutely love SoBol. Best Acai bowls I've ever had and everything is always very fresh and delicious. They give good portions of everything and it is on average price of other Acai bowl places. My favorite place to get a healthy quick meal, especially in the summer.

The service here is fantastic! The staff are excellent. I always enjoy coming to this SoBol branch. It is one of the top acai spots in the city!
