When making a sandwich, it's crucial to consider allergies, but at Baskin-Robbins, I noticed they didn't appreciate this concern and gave me dirty looks. I actually appreciated this reaction because it revealed a lot about human nature and what people are capable of. They seem unable to accept constructive criticism and should use it to ensure none of their customers suffer allergic reactions or worse.
The staff were rude and seemed to take advantage of certain customers, like my friend who has a disability. I was able to buy a drink and use my free donut coupon without any issues, but when my friend tried to use the coupon, they refused to serve them, saying they had to purchase a coffee to get the donut.
I enjoyed visiting the old location, especially because it was open 24 hours, but the new location is no longer open around the clock.
