My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins and arrived a few minutes before 9 PM. There was a line inside, so we decided to check out the ice cream options first. As we approached the line, an employee informed us, "It's 8:59, we're closed now." People in line began to leave, and before we could reach the door, they turned off the lights.
