I went in here about 2 weeks ago and the girl at the counter had terrible customer service ethic. Let me say, I have a 3 year old and he was so amped up being in there and he's 3 so he was opening and closing the doors to the cakes and laughing looking at them. I’ve been visiting this place for quite some time, but today I had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, a girl named Genesis seemed rushed and had a bit of an attitude. It appeared that she charged me extra for whipped cream, which is usually included with the shake. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The server had long hair tied back in a ponytail, but she wasn't wearing a hairnet. Throughout our visit, I noticed her fiddling with her ponytail and checking for loose hairs on her fingers. She didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves at any point; she simply wiped her hands on a nearby towel before handling our order. Her name tag identified her as the Shift Leader. I kept a close eye on her as she scooped the ice cream. My husband was extremely unhappy with his meal, and I felt the same way. We ended up discarding half of our order. They are rude as hell. Just now I was the only person in the store looking at cakes the 2 women working there were mopping the floor and talking to each other, they never greeted me or said anything to me so I stood there patiently waiting for one of them to come over and help me buy the cake I wanted. Then another family walks in the door they immediately turn around and start helping them. Never even said hello can I help you until I turned to leave then one says oh did you need anything? Needless to say I'm taking my money elsewhere.
The young woman was on her own, taking care of about 4 or 5 customers. She managed everything incredibly well and gave excellent service to everyone. Fantastic job!
