I was particularly let down when I asked them to make me a sundae, only to be told, "These come pre-packaged; we don't make them here," which is simply not true.
Honestly, you would be better off getting Ben & Jerry’s ice cream than visiting this location. I've attached a photo from this Brantford store alongside one from Hamilton, and the difference is striking. It seems like the owner is more interested in capitalizing on the franchise than providing quality products.
Brantford Baskin-Robbins, would the franchise really be pleased to know you’re skimping on ingredients?
We rarely visit this location, even though we live in Brantford. The owners seem to charge the highest prices allowed by the franchise, yet they are quite stingy with portion sizes. Their sale prices on the 31st are actually the same as the regular prices at other locations. It's a shame because we really love the product.
The ice cream here is fantastic! It's amazing that I still find myself craving ice cream even in the winter. There are many different flavors to choose from. The staff is excellent and provided quick service; I was assisted right away. I also noticed a beautifully decorated snowman cake, which was really impressive!
Baskin Robbins, I now remember why I didn ' 't like this place, I was going to go to Dairy Delight but the line up was a little long so went to BR instead. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, I got the equivalent of 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 scoops for $10.95, what a joke August 11 5:30 pm 2023, never again.
