The Muslim lady behind the counter wearing a Jihab was shouting Hello, hello, hello to get my attention in front of 3 other customers just because I used their restroom.I looked at her and she asked Aren 't you going to buy anything ?I said, No. I am a DD perks customer, and I use the mobile app.I do not buy their products that much because none of them know how to make a simple cup of coffee really taste good.I contacted their headquarters, and despite that, no one has contacted me. At this point, if they don 't care how their employees treat customers, I would rather take my business where I can get a better tasting coffee at a lower price.
It seems that the closing times for this place are just a rough guideline. I was in the mood for some mint chocolate chip ice cream, so I drove from Fort Lee to Elmwood Park, as it’s one of the few spots that supposedly stays open until 10 PM. I arrived at 9:48 and pulled up to the drive-thru, only to be told that Baskin was already closed. I asked if Baskin had different hours than Dunkin, since the closing times were listed as 10 PM. The employee just repeated that Baskin was closed for the night. It’s frustrating, to say the least.
The restaurant has recently been renovated and is efficient with mobile orders, which is the only reason I'm giving it more than one star. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed more focused on counting his tips than on serving us. After waiting a while for him to come to the register, he informed us that there were no banana splits available and then walked away without giving us a chance to choose an alternative. This visit was on Tuesday, April 16, at 6 PM.
They took care of customers that came in after us, who actually wanted something that would have to be cooked, when we were waiting for ice cream. Then when we ordered, the kid didn't even know how to fill an ice cream cone, but instead gingerly rests a round scoop on an empty cone. So of course it nearly fell off. Perhaps some training?

By far one of the worst places I ever been to.. ALWAYS SLOW. There's never anyone working likely 1 person the manager is just as lazy as the staff they do more talking then reading the orders and they are always wrong I go there for convenience but I'd rather drive for the peace of mind! This location should close
Terrible service! They really need to hire competent staff who can run things properly. I asked for ice cream, and they told me they didn’t have any, even though it was right in front of them. Customers, beware of the awful service here!
