I ordered a custom cake on August 31st to pick up on 09/4/2022 11am. Mind you this was labor day weekend and the streets were closed off. It took me forever to find parking and showed up at 12. The young lady behind the counter told me my cake wasn't ready and the cake decorator wasn't there and would be back at 2pm. My party was at 1pm. She told me to purchase another cake at a discount and at this point I was desperate for a cake since the one I thought would be ready, wasn't. I purchased another cake and left. **Parking:** There’s ample parking available in the back lot next to the police station, and you can easily walk through the shopping center from there. Alternatively, you can find free parking along the street or in designated areas.
**Kid-Friendliness:** This place is incredibly kid-friendly—adults should be cautious! If you’re a child, you’ll find all your favorite treats and then some!
**Wheelchair Accessibility:** The venue is easily accessible on the first floor, with multiple ramps available.
My experience at this Baskin Robbins left a bit to be desired. The staff asked a lot of questions, and the portion sizes were quite small. I visited in hopes of getting my favorite comfort food: coffee chocolate ice cream. When I requested it, the young lady informed me they didn’t have that flavor. So, I opted for a scoop of coffee and a scoop of chocolate in a cup. To my disappointment, the scoops were quite small.
As I was paying, she continued to bombard me with questions: "Would you like a cover? A bag? A spoon? A receipt?" After paying my $6.99, I quickly left. Based on this visit, I probably won’t be returning. On a positive note, there is free parking available.
I brought my niece and nephew here yesterday after school to cool down a bit. The young lady working, Alicia, was so incredibly sweet! My nephew is obsessed with dinosaurs and I asked her if I could possibly get his scoop in the new trex cups they have and she said yes of course! She even offered him a little t-Rex crown (think of old school Burger King paper crowns! and he was over the moon! She offered my niece one as well since they have a variety! She was so patient and so nice with everyone else who came into the shop as well. They’ve always been super nice to me here! Definitely will keep coming back!

Super convenient location in Millbrae downtown. Frequent here when taking kids to Paris baguette next door on hot days. They offer cute combinations for kids (dolphins, unicorns etc). Icecream is okay. The shop has a small seating area inside. The shop itself needs some TLC though. The checkout machine sometimes is broken. Will be nice to have some cash here just in case. Check out machine sometimes could also be slow. They have limited people working here so line could be long if you get here at the wrong time on a hot day. Service is friendly though.
Ice cream is always a treat, but how do you end up with frozen whipped cream? Was there no one keeping track of inventory or quality control? I understand it's not a huge issue, but when you're craving a sundae and they still charge you for it, it just doesn't feel fair.
They have improved their service and the quality of the products, there is a somewhat limited variety of tastes. The prices are affordable, the place is very clean and they accept different payment methods.
I had the worst experience at Baskin-Robbins Milbrea today. They do not have a good customer service and the person who’s working he refused to give me his manager number so I could call and complain.
