My partner and I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, only to find the doors locked. The staff inside just shrugged at us. Having worked in the service industry for years, I understand that closing time is important. It's one thing to start cleaning up a bit early, but it's another to completely disregard potential customers. We were hoping for some ice cream but ended up leaving empty-handed. Not impressed with the location at all.
I tried to order twice from this location two sundaes. The first time they sent ice cream with nuts and a cherry. I had selected pineapple topping and bananas and received none. Had Doordash resend the order and I received it will the note pictured! ? They sent the same thing I complained about. They mess up when I go there too so I am not giving them anymore business because it's not a real Baskin-Robin, what a joke.
Site says they close at 10 but not true they always close earlier. I came at 8:25 and they said they were closed. Came here another day and their donuts were stale, they also had 5 people working behind the counter weren't busy and it took 10+ minutes to help the line of people and acknowledge the people. Twice they got my order wrong but I didn't have time to tell them to fix since I had work.
I got hired and on the first day I was doing training and I sometimes leave in one headphone subconsciously with no music playing without even noticing and the edgy manager had a stink about it. I just didn’t show next shift It’s litteraly just an ice cream shop Book a table now

Military discount available! This is the best place I've ever visited for dessert. They truly appreciate military personnel and veterans! Stop what you're doing and head to this store. The service is outstanding!
they make us wait to order. People cannot hear us, and no matter how many employees are there, they keep ignoring us until they are done with whatsoever. Book a table now
It's 8:15 pm and the posted hours state that it's open till 10pm. I pulled up and the doors are locked. I'm a fat guy. This is disappointing. Lol
