This location is the worst and they do not honor online orders. I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son's birthday and paid in advance. When I arrived, the associates lied and said there was no order. My phone was dead so I could not show them my confirmation. The associates do not speak English at their convenience. She called her manager on the phone and had a full conversation in Spanish and then said she would return my money. I want my cake!! she said we don't see your order but we'll issue a refund. They added charges to the bill 1.19 for a plain sugar cone. That (plus plain cake cones) have always come free with scoops of ice cream.We were not told of the new charge, it was not listed on the menu they just added it to the bill.When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and did not care that it is wrong to add charges without notification.Note:adding a waffle cone to ice cream is only.89 cents.This is an awful and dishonest Baskin Robbins location.

Sunday afternoon. I was the only person inside at the counter, four employees dealing with drive thru, and I had to finally ask if someone would wait on me. Very slow service. And what Ice cream shop doesn't have vanilla ice cream? I was told maybe Tuesday.
