I love B&R, but there is one major complaint I have with this particular location. I rarely go in to grab a quick cone or scoop in a bowl. When I'm swinging by any of their locations I'm going in to pick up a quick couple quarts of their prepackaged offerings. While most places are always well stocked of the ones you would expect to find like Pralines and Cream , Rocky Road or one of their seasonal favorites like Baseball Nut. That is not the case here, in fact just the opposite. I'm super disappointed. I've ordered ice cream cakes from here before and they were great. They looked great. But this passed may 21st, I ordered a cake fir my sisters birthday. I picked it up and when I got home and got a closer look. The cake looked like it was leaning to the side and melted. Give I live less then 5 min away from the store. There was no way it could have happened in those 5 min. I was so disappointed on how it looked. I called Monday and the Manger was not In. Left my information and today is June 7th and I haven't gotten a call. For sure I won't be going to this store for cakes anymore.
This review is solely focused on the service we received tonight. The woman who assisted my sister and me was incredibly pleasant, even though my sister was having a tough time deciding what to order. She was very helpful in describing the different flavors to us. She suggested the lemon sorbet, describing it as a frozen lemonade, and she was absolutely right. Then, she recommended the polar pizza, if I remember the name correctly, mentioning its delicious brownie flavors, which sounded perfect. Overall, she provided outstanding service.
First of all, I want to express my gratitude for being open on Christmas Day! It was my birthday, and I had gone to another location that, unfortunately, was closed. I had almost given up hope of finding an ice cream cake for my celebration but decided to try this location without many expectations. When I arrived and saw that it was open, it truly made my day! Gloomy go away, heat's coming around, stopped in for my fave, thick large strawberry milk shake, ones I use spoon to engulf it,, what can I say, yum mmmm so good, the gal behind the counter tried her best to take care of folks in the store and online orders, all alone. whoa but she was a trooper w good attitude and brimming w smile. Go girl!
We were in town visiting friends and stumbled upon this place after supper. My girls absolutely loved it! This was our first time visiting a Baskin Robbins. The ice cream choices are awesome. We will be back for sure. The gentlemen that helped us out were great, answering questions we had. Under $20 for the three of us to get desserts.
Servers are always friendly and polite. My past two visits were disappointing.The milkshakes I ordered were less than desirable, more milk than ice cream, very watered down, like I was drinking flavored milk than an actual ice cream milk shake.
