Ordered a birthday cake for my child 's party. Was given the wrong flavors, which I only realized at the party when it was cut into. I asked for my money back and they had the audacity to say I should have called when I realized the mistake to return it and get a new one would have only taken a couple of hours to remake ... So, take away an ice cream cake from my kid 's party and ask everyone to wait two hours for another one? Sure.Never again.
I ordered a $70 cake for my son's birthday and faced some serious issues. First, I paid for cookie dough ice cream flavor but ended up with strawberry, which is a big problem because my son is allergic to strawberries. Additionally, I received vanilla cake instead of the chocolate cake I ordered. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund for their mistake, which could have put my son in the hospital!
The floors were covered in paper and debris, and the table tops were very dirty. The garbage cans were overflowing, with litter scattered on the floor. I didn't even check the bathroom, but if they have one, I wouldn't want to risk my health by going in. It’s surprising to see a steady stream of customers despite all this! Need I say more?

The person taking our order was speaking very loudly on the phone, which was quite distracting. Additionally, since this ice cream shop is connected to a Dunkin' Donuts, I asked for some donuts and was informed that they were out. How can a Dunkin' Donuts run out of donuts!?
Love the fast service and they get it right the first time ... no need to repeat yourself. The selection of donuts is standard fair. I'm there for coffee at least every other day, if not more frequently.
Old consistent staff was great. New folks are not good. Service and quantity is inconsistent This morning the coffee was like water. The guys act like they are doing you a favor
Came in for a cappuccino blast. Neither of the 2 staff knew how to make one, didn't want to even try to make it.
