The selection of flavors was underwhelming, and when I asked for mint chip, the employee mumbled something about cake cones. Naturally, I agreed, since everyone knows cake cones usually don't come with an extra charge, unlike everything else. When my mom ordered her ice cream and we got to the register, I noticed that the total seemed a bit higher than expected. When I inquired, the employee informed me that they actually charge for the cone. I was taken aback—how else was I supposed to enjoy the ice cream? I looked around and saw others eating from cups, which I thought were pricier than cones. In the end, I ended up paying $11 for two single scoops of ice cream.

The worst experience I have ever had with a store. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake which was canceled by the store by just sending an SMS over to my phone on the day before the birthday at around 5pm when every location takes an order minimum 24 hrs in advance. Later today for Feb 14th I had placed an order on Feb 6th and when I went to pickup the order they are mentioning that they are sorry and cannot process the order because they didn't receive any order. I provided them the proof of order and order number, but they denied and asked me to go back on the website and to request a refund. This should be a top priority for all stores, not just Baskin-Robbins. My girlfriend visited this location for a Sunday Funday ice cream, and what she received was a completely different flavor that had "PEANUTS" in it, specifically with Reese's cup pieces. She asked the staff member present if it contained peanuts, just to be sure. The employee seemed uncertain and hesitated, giving the impression she wasn't confident in her answer. If you're unsure, it's important to ask someone else rather than taking a risk and potentially endangering someone's health.
I was disappointed to find that they added a charge of $1.19 for a plain sugar cone to our bill, which has always been complimentary with scoops of ice cream. There was no mention of this new fee, and it wasn't indicated on the menu. When I addressed the issue with the manager, he was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the unfairness of adding charges without informing customers. For comparison, upgrading to a waffle cone only costs 89 cents. This is a frustrating and dishonest location of Baskin Robbins.

We encountered very rude staff during our visit. My daughter, who is visiting from out of state, needed to use the restroom. An employee who had just exited the bathroom told us it wasn't open yet, but he begrudgingly allowed her to use it after rolling his eyes. Initially, I asked another employee wearing a headset for the bathroom key, but she completely ignored me. This place needs to be shut down and the staff should undergo retraining in customer service.
This is my third visit to this branch, and I was eager to enjoy a sundae. Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, they were out of both peanuts and hot fudge. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t a sundae supposed to come with toppings? They should really consider changing their slogan to "just a few flavors," since they rarely have more than that available!
Well, i don't want to say anything too much. One star review should be more enough than what i should say. Look at the picture of my $41 ice cream cake we made online order two weeks ahead. And by the time we pickup the cake, i was almost heart attack. I think my 4 years old daughter can do a better cake than this.
This is Rediculous upon me walking in there was nobody in line then I seen 4 2yr old kids playing with no supervision and I was standing there for 5min without being served, but when a vehicle pulled up to the drive thru they took there order before mine so I left. Never again.
