I visited the Bay Horse on a Thursday for steak night and had a great experience. The food was cooked perfectly and offered great value for money. My partner and I both ordered medium rare mixed grills and they were fantastic. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping my partner choose her drink. I opted for a pint of Birra Moretti, which was refreshing and cold, while my partner enjoyed her gin and tonic. We have now become regulars at the Bay Horse.
We are in the area for the night and thought we’d pop in to a local pub for a bite to eat. So glad the Bay Horse was on our doorstep. We were received with a friendly smile (I think we were served by the landlady) and she was happy to recommend the best sellers from the menu. Glad she did as the food was great value and very tasty (we had the burgers). Great pints too! Thank you for your warm welcome.
Not been in for years as I moved away. We chose a light bite of a tuna and cheese mayo baguette and a pulled pork baguette. Both came with a salad and chips. We were stuffed. Price was very good for a light bite of that quantity. Look at an increase of at least a pound. Stella well maintained. Enjoyed a few. It was a lovely lunch . Great dogs are allowed. Certainly look forward to coming again
Went for a Sunday carvery, thought the definition of a carvery was for a chef to carve your meat and then you put on what vegetables you want and as much as you want not for a member of staff to put the vegetables on for you, so portions are smaller, And if you wanted only 1 or 2 veg they didn’t increase the amount. It definitely is not a self service carvery, which was expected. Book a table now
Stopped off today wasn't too hungry so decided to have the bagget pulled pork and tuna for the wife wow full meal and it was supposed to be a light bite really good service and a bowl of water for the dog's can't ask for better service than that thank you good job we'll be back and good beer too
We ordered two Hunters Chicken as there was no Gammon or Steak. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. The service and the atmosphere in the pub was good but the food was really disappointing and a waste of 21 pounds.
Just come from the Bay Horse in Stourport on Severn...staff very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The Chef cooks the most amazing Dirty Fries. Will certainly be going back. Pub itself very clean.
We arrived at the restaurant after the kitchen had closed, but the chef kindly agreed to prepare a meal for the three of us. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Book a table now
This restaurant is not bad, it is very quiet. However, the bartender needs some lessons on how to pour a pint.
