This was our first time visiting, and we were truly impressed. Our server was exceptional. The Crab Bisque was among the best we've ever tasted. My salad and my husband's salmon were both outstanding. Our server also surprised us by offering samples of two different soups, which we really appreciated. We've consistently had great experiences at the restaurants in Nordstrom at Fashion Island, Del Amo Mall, and South Coast Plaza.
My mom used to bring me to Nordstrom cafe when I was a kid (now Bazille in this location) as a special treat when we went shopping. I see why! I brought my kids here yesterday for lunch and the food, service and value was amazing. We had the seasonal berry salad, spicy shrimp pasta and Mac and cheese for the kids. Everything was perfect, better than I remembered. Will definitely be back.
The Brussels appetizer was exceptional, and our lime cilantro mango salads topped with salmon were delightful—perfectly paired with our Perrier Jouet. Our server, Austin, provided excellent recommendations and outstanding customer service. Daisy Alexander also played a key role in delivering top-notch service, making our Ladies' Lunch truly enjoyable. Thank you, Bazille at Nordstrom!
I had an outstanding experience! Both the food and the service were excellent. We were particularly grateful for the attention given to our food allergies. The server, manager, and chef all came to our table several times to discuss the ingredients. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. The patio is an oasis for those of us who prefer to be away from the dazzle of the rest of the mall. Service is always attentive, prices are moderate and the menu is perfect for a leisurely lunch. Unfortunately this time someone was vaping in a corner. There should be no smoking of any sort allowed in the patio, and it should be enforced.
The food service were great. The open kitchen noise was horrible! We sat 3/4ths if the restaurant away from it and hearing metal pans banging and crashing constantly really took away from the lovely restaurant experience
Have had lunch many times but dinner was sooooo good, salmon dish was perfection
