However, we were traveling not only to your Hotel, but numerous other Hotels in Switzerland as well as other counties under the same “non-refundable” policy. EVERYONE met our request for refund with compassion and understand due to pandemic except YOU! You mentioned facts, so here are the true facts... 1. we booked on 2/18/2020 for our Trip to your hotel in May 2. very nice hotel, near the train station (interlaken west), but very quiet. a bus runs almost right in front of the door. incredibly friendly staff that is always helpful. rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable. the breakfast is good- only more vegan/ vegetarian alternatives (especially plant milk and more spread) missing - then it would be perfect.
the hotel is a cozy 5 minutes walk from the center. it is spacious has clean rooms and the personal incl. owner is very friendly. the hotel is very clean and also has a charging station type 2, which is charged with only 7 kW/h. the price of the hotel is acceptable for the time above the heat.
Saubere Zimmer, die jedoch zur Straße hin waren. Es war bis spät in den Abend von vorbeifahrenden Autos und Gästen sehr laut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich wieder kommen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht.

Gutes Hotel, nicht ganz neu aber gepflegt. Frühstück ist, wahrscheinlich Coronabedingt, etwas eingeschränkt... Nur einzeln verpackte Käsestücke usw. Aber alles da was man braucht. Schöner Blick von der Terasse aus auf die umliegende Berge.
Super Hotel. Guter Umgang mit Corona. Schönes Zimmer. Sehr sauber alles. Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge. Rundherum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Interlaken.
