Second Swiss meal under a Singapore tour package. Went to check the reviews right before entering it and so I was slightly apprehensive. We were served a huge salad bowl as appetiser. It was basic, not much else to say. Too much dressing. Then came the cheese fondue and bread. I have to admit I didn’t read up on Swiss fondue beforehand, so I was surprised that we are meant to dip bread into cheese. The cheese was real salty which made it a weird pairing with bread. Either way I only had a nibble… I might have liked it more if the bread wasn’t cold and soft After that came fondue chinoise, where we stuck pieces of raw meat into hot oil to cook. I was thinking why they couldn’t directly serve...
we only gave it a chance because we sit in there as it is connected to a hotel. music was too loud and only bad party sound. we ordered an salad as an appetizer and it came in a big bowl. we had to. the clothing itself and had to distribute it in our small bowls. the dressing had too much edgy in it. with the burgers and fries it has not become better. we got a sticky mayonnaise tube from the people who just finished next to us after I remembered the waiter who had forgotten it was a sticky red tube! hallo! corona?! all ingredients seemed to be a low quality. Anyway, it's a long time since I didn't finish my lunch. don't go to this place.
I'm nit sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We had a dinner here during our short visit to BEAUTIFUL Interlaken. The service was fast even though there were many visitors. The food was fresh and tasty! The beer was good, and overall...the atmosphere was very cheerful! Side note: their large beer mug is literally large. So if you're not too much into beer take the small one.
with a group of tourists expects a Swiss experience. the meal was completely underwhelming. it began with a sad salad, almost all salat, fondue of stale brot and melted cheese and finally dessert, a small creature super market ice cream, 2 slices banana. and a dibbel chocolate. all served by a hyperactive host. we made us feel hungry and demolished.

We are here as a large group of 9 on s very wet lunch time in August. The food was plentiful and reasonably priced with free ice cream provided for the children. The service was and we have no complaints at, it should be higher up the trip adviser rankings
For the most part, we enjoyed our food. Had I read the reviews, I wouldn’t have come here. However, we were hungry and they had fondue. The fondue was oily and a smaller portion than I was expecting. Maybe it’s normal, but it was oily and smelled sour.

I recommend the Appenzeller cheese fondue (typical Swiss). Sensational! Excellent service.
