We were thrilled by the menu Beef Lobster and had high hopes (at their high prices). The waitress was quick to order our drinks, but slow to deliver. The expensive bottle of wine was quickly produced, but the three infeed beers had to be asked three times (end timely for the appetizers). The starters were ordered, and ten minutes later the waitress came back to inform that one of the starters was not available. We asked for some moments to decide a replacement. Don’t bother so many better places in Val Thorens… We visited as a group of 7 on our week long holiday and all agreed it was the worst meal of the week by far. Steaks were over cooked and poor quality and one member of our group was served lobster which was partly raw. The raw lobster was highlighted to the restaurant manager who said ‘well only part of it was raw’ and therefore expected us to still pay for it despite the fact that the lobster had made the person in our group sick before even leaving the restaurant. This place is great. Strongly recommended, food is exceptional and service too. I must mention that the drinks are exceptional, especially when they come from Jimmy's hands. The restaurant in a hotel has a pleasant, modern décor. The lobster I ordered was small, the meat in the tail was only thin and the scissors almost without meat. There's an aquarium in the restaurant with living lobsters, but I don't think my lobster was taken from this basin. The cutlery for opening the lobster was unsuitable. I can't recommend ordering lobster

Lunch at the restaurant during our ski day, we were very welcome by Nicolas and the team, the place is warm and the tasty cuisine. Special mention for the Black Angus rib and its perfect seasoning. desserts are also very gourmet I recommend the eyes closed!
Back on the tracks after two years of closure, my partner and I spent a great time. Thanks to Jimmy and his team for their welcome and service quality.
We ate very well, and I enjoyed that the chef landed at our table for a little problem that he solved with a master's hand. Very good service, too.
