Today, I ordered the schezwan chicken lunch special from this restaurant. It was supposed to come with a can of soda, but unfortunately the person at the counter forgot to give it to us. When we got home, we realized the soda was missing.
As for the schezwan chicken itself, I was very disappointed. It didn't have any hint of schezwan pepper flavor. Instead, it seemed like a generic chicken and vegetable dish in gravy that they tried to pass off as schezwan chicken. Overall, the dish was a letdown.
I was trying to order with my friend and the lady had a huge accent on the phone with me which didn’t really bother me. But, I ordered my food and she got mad I told her to repeat herself because I couldn’t understand. Not only that, she muted herself and just ended the phone. We didn’t even get to order our food yet.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! They are rude and unprofessional on the phone, and I am grateful that I didn't have to experience it in person. I attempted to support them because they are a small local business, but I will not be doing so again.

Who ever answers the phone Just quit your job. I don't need to deal with that bad service. It's not the first time had to deal with that person poorly taking orders and being rude.
