This has been my go to Chinese takeout place ever since I moved here and I was SHOCKED to see all of the bad ratings. But after looking at the reviews, it is pretty clear that like all these recent terrible reviews are fake. A lot of the fake reviews are from people who aren?t even in the area, much less the state! For a place to get maybe 1-2 reviews a year to suddenly getting 100+ ones in the span of a month, it?s pretty obvious that something else is at play here. Honestly the WORST customer experience I had in my whole life. I ordered food for the delivery. I live less than 3 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rather rude. Immediately after taking my order, he felt sorry for me and gave me no chance to pay. When the driver arrived an hour later, I let him know what happened. The driver then told me to call the restaurant and pay the phone and then got into his car and left. 5 minutes after payment I received a call from the driver's personal phone number and was rated and SCREAMED because I didn't have a big enough tip when in reality the man I spoke to on the phone messed up. Worst Chinese around. Young man who takes orders is incredibly rude. Knows nothing about customer service. Even hangs up on customers if he doesn?t agree with them. Food is not good either. Fried dough of mine had a roach in his rice the last one he ordered. Disgusting! Please avoid at all costs.
I totally agree with the latest review, very rude person answers calls. I never have to talk to him again because I will never order the terrible food. A very bad excuse for a Chinese restorer, food has no taste and badly cooked. Avoid this place. You need to find a real cook.
