When we first got there, everything seemed great and lovely, the place looked nice and seemed to have a great atmosphere. We were seated fairly quickly and had no troubles in terms of our reservation. However as the night progressed things just started to go down hill. At first it took around 20 minutes to be waited on, which fine I can understand that, they took our orders and I thought great. However we were waiting nearly another 20 minutes just to get drinks, and even then they completely forgot around 3 out of 9 of our drinks and in the end ended up not given a drink to one of them the whole night at all. Went for a family meal as heard it was a great place to eat. My partner order the chicken Milanese it said it came with Parmesan on the top which was missing and had more rocket than anything else. I ordered the spicy sausage which clearly stated on the menu that it was nduija which I also doubled checked with the waitress that it was indeed nduija and she confirmed. When my food came out it was in fact pork mince with chopped chilli and no nduija at all. I explained to the manager that I trained at the le gavroche for a year. Really disappointed, quality of food was poor. Calamari at £8 was just a load of burnt breadcrumb coating, hardly any calamari. Other starters were poor for the price. Not much bread on bruschetta, just a load of tomato. Mains pizza was ok, but pasta Marco Polo was watery and not much duck and no spring onion. Plus we were sat next to what I think was the staff table so had a constant stream of staff coming to eat their meal table spacing was really tightly squeezed in so they might as well been sat at our table staff standing around chatting, not serving, slow service not a good experience and will not be back.
The Main was good but it all fell apart on dessert. We waited 25mins for dessert and eventually had to ask a passing waitress for an update. We were told it was being made up as we spoke. Shortly after another waitress came up and said my Sisters dessert was not available in the option She had asked for so swapped it from strawberry to raspberry. They then came back again and said my dessert was unavailable. This happened twice more until I finally found something they had. Although the desserts were given for free no explanation was given for the initial delay.

We booked a table at 7 and left at 10, I don’t think I need to say much more Customer service was terrible, everything came with a 30 minute wait minimum (including drinks and even asking where the toilet was). Some were served cold food, some were never given their drinks, and our waitress left midway through leaving us with no designated person for our table and making service even slower
The woman with the black hair and the very strong accent that served us on the 13/1/24 scammed us into believing that a get one get one free meal was a free meal for everyone that signed up to their newsletter. Horrible horrible woman deserves to be fired and sued for false advertising horrible representative to the brand will never eat their again
Booked a table. Took twenty minutes to be sat and then the family at the table next to us informed us they had waited over an hour for their starters. We weren’t told of any delays waits so when the waitress confirmed there was a 60 minute wait for starters we got up and left. They need to be up front with their customers. Will not be returning
Miserable staff. Unpleasant because we hadn't booked. Plenty of tables outside but they told us if we got too hot in the sun, we weren't allowed to move. Half of the menu was unavailable. No coffee. Long wait despite being half empty. Don't bother

Fantastic, our waitress Isa was brilliant, really looked after us and was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly, as were all the staff! Food was really quick and delicious and great value for money!
Great lunch and great service, Isa was brilliant. Went with my family and we had a really good time.
