I was ‘hired’ here a couple months back. The lack of documents i had to fill was my first insight into the sketchiness of this place. As someone who’s previously worked in an ice-cream parlour that holds itself to much higher standards, it was easy to spot the red flags from behind the counter. Firstly, the high prices for stingyly-made products. For all items that you can get toppings on, we were told to count them and would get in trouble for giving a customer more than the allocated number. Visited scoops have previously been and like mentioned in other review it has gone dramatically downhill. The customer service was damn right awful, went in there and not even a hello so rude, no welcome had to ask for menus as nothing was on the tables, place looked grubby. Paid around £70 for 3 adults and 3 kids to have a desert. I went here with my cousin and auntie, all of us ordered waffles with soft serve. After we ate, we all had stomach aches and it gave me diarrhea about 30mins/1hour later... I don't mind because now I feel slim but not a good sign hygiene wise. Looking back it did seem a bit grubby. Anyway, the food was nice but I thought it was overpriced. I probably wouldn't go back unless I wanted to a dessert with a laxative effect... which I might because I don't mind diarrhea. Also, asked for tap water with my waffles and had to go up again and ask for it... not a big deal, helps with my daily step count. Anyway, I'd advise the establishment to revise their hygiene policies and maybe wipe down the menus...
I went there first time , normally I go to sprinkles , ordered a cookie dough , after few scoops, I saw a long brown hair . So I called the waitress and she apologised. She offered to replace for a new one. It put me off completely. So I told the waitress I wanted my refund, she told me I need to await for her boss , or give my number and he will call me and refund the £4.95 on my card. It’s 2 days since than . I haven’t received any calls from the manager. The girls making the dessert was not wearing any PPE, hair net or any other staff . The owner/ manager obviously don’t care as long as he makes his money . He doesn’t trust his staff to refund.

My partner and I came to this restaurant for waffles, and while the waffles were delicious, the service was very poor. None of the staff were wearing masks or any personal protective equipment, and they were reusing the same menus for customers without cleaning them. In the current climate, I would not recommend dining here when there are plenty of independent restaurants that are taking steps to ensure COVID safety. Additionally, we were given the wrong change and when we asked for the correct amount, the staff were rude and reluctant to provide it. Despite the tasty waffles, the service and cleanliness were both lacking.
There are numerous delicious options and flavors available at this restaurant, including ice cream, sorbets, fruit, waffles, and pancakes. It's the perfect spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. We visited to celebrate a family birthday and everyone left satisfied and full.
We loved coming here and visited regularly. Unfortunately the quality has dropped dramatically. Not only have the prices increased substantially but the care they originally took in preparing and presenting the food has plummeted. Atrocious! We will never return.
I ordered food on UberEats, and the delivery driver missed some items. I called the restaurant and a kind staff member assisted me by delivering the missing items. Thank you to the helpful person who aided a student in need of coffee!

For some reason even their previously non-dairy sorbet is now made using milk powder. So any families with lactose intolerant members, or vegans, had better steer clear, as we'll now have to after years going there.
I don't know what to say! This is the most delicious dessert I have ever had. So much better than just ice-cream,this gelato is amazing!!
