Very mixed experience. We love Bella Italia. The food was fabulous, beautiful location, lovely atmosphere. However, we felt there was an issue which could have been handled much better than it was. My daughter who is 3 months away from being 17 asked for an alcoholic drink with her meal. As a personal licence holder and having done all the training, I knew this was perfectly legal and was OK with her request. She never ever drinks alcohol but as we were on holiday, she thought, yeah go on, I 'll try something. We attended the Bella Italia here at Center Parcs Longleat on the last night of our stay and it was a great experience. Our waiter was very nice and friendly and was genuinely interested in our stay. Our food was delivered very quickly within 15 minutes on the robot cat waiter which was very modern and interesting. The food itself was very delicious and the drinks also. Great place to go for dinner with plenty of food options, the pizza and pasta are both well cooked and delicious. Service can be a little slow, especially for larger groups and the prices are a little high but both of these are expected from restaurants inside the park and aren't big issues. The restaurant features a small soft play area for young children and food is delivered to tables by adorable little robots that provide a novel experience. The six of us had a family night out. We went last year to Elveden Forest and the Bela Italia was nice but the pizza was like something you buy in a supermarket so we weren't expecting much. How wrong could we be. The service was great and the food was excellent. We had a wonderful time. It tickled us how much the staff had to shove the robots out of the way.
