Unfortunately the staff have been rude every time I've visited. Whether it is on the phone or in person they are rude and aggressive. Unfortunately they don't have masses of competition which is why people have to put up with it. Over the lockdown period the way they speak to potential customers has been appalling.
Have visited multiple times due to the area not having many chip shops. Experience has generally ranged from inedible to average but is usually poor. Chips tend to be undercooked and covered in grease. Not worth going, would be better off driving to Westbury or Frome.
Tonight we had a large portion of chips that were soggier than a strippers fishy knickers accompanied by curry sauce that looks like its been scraped straight out of a babies nappy, it was chunky, lumpy and all kinds of funky .. overall 1 out of 10. Do not recommend.
I placed a pick-up order through Just Eat and the food was ready when I arrived at the designated time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, especially the jalapeno bites. I highly recommend this place.
