Three of us went for a birthday celebration and took advantage of the prix fixe menu. We loved the rice balls but all agreed the stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. For entrees we had the salmon which was moist and nicely seasoned and the short ribs which were properly tender. We all enjoyed tiramisu for desert. It was delicious but I prefer it prepared the old fashioned way where everything is thrown into a bowl rather than as a neatly prepared cake. The service was excellent and the owner took the time to visit our table and answer questions about the history of the restaurant. We were all first timers at Bella Vie and agreed that we would return.
Excellent! We had a wonderful evening. They were very courteous (we had a special meal request) and friendly. The food and the atmosphere, including live music, were great. The owner and the chef came by to say hello and talk for a while. We're definitely going back.
Not enough staff for the number of diners during restaurant week. The romm we were seated in, adjacent to the bar, is cozy, until it filled with diners and got noisy. We would go back in the summer to dine on the patio overlooking the bay.
The food was fantastic like the bartender and our waiter. We enjoyed everything from bread to dessert! We will definitely return. The short ribs were deliciously crushed and the spaghetti with shells were perfectly spiced and fantastic!

The staff, from the host to the servers, were excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful, cozy atmosphere and serves exquisite food. The selection is impressive. This restaurant is definitely a must-try!
The live music on Saturday nights may be a bit subdued, but it's still enjoyable. The food, drinks, and service are consistently excellent and of the highest quality.
Beautiful experience from the picturesque lakeside, fine food and prices and exceptional service. I recommend this facility without reservation, but you should...lol!
The food was outstanding. My husband and I love it here. My mom and her friends always go too. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.
