I called to order ahead for pick up and at first the phone was tied up and after finally getting through the lady answered and as soon as I said I 'd like to place an order she hung up on me. So, I called back 10 times and was hung up on every time. I don 't know if they are too busy or what but the lady never said anything, she just hung up on me. That is no way to run a business. They just lost my business. Rude, ignorant people. Tell someone there are longer wait times or something instead of just hanging up on them and ignoring customers. Save your time and money. I used to love Carmen's when I was a kid, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and it was so inedible that I had to throw it away because no one wanted to eat it. There was hardly any cheese—one slice had none at all—and the crust was rock hard. It was clear that it hadn't been freshly made; I wouldn't be surprised if it had been sitting out for a whole day. It's a shame, as the sauce is really good.
Well where do I start... Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad pretty good. Jojos we NOT made the same time the chicken was made therefore they weren't as hot. Chicken isn't of good quality.. Overall was just eh... It only passed the one meal test, rest in the trash. Not the best wasn't the worst.The atmosphere not good not terrible.. Didn't feel welcome, definitely better places to spend my money!
I just ordered a 14-inch pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, and I was really disappointed. The crust was rubbery, and the pizza was cold. I won't be ordering from there again. Be cautious before spending your money here—it's not worth it!
