Absolutely awful service. Once we were seated at about 5 pm. We only saw the waitress when she stopped at one of the 5 other total occpied tables. We left after being ignored for 15-20 minutes. Waitress walked by us multiple times and did not so much as acknowledge our presence let alone bring a water or take a drink order. I can’t help but wonder if it involved a he fact that we were the only people of our race in the restaurant. Enjoy going out of business, no wonder you’re bankrupt. Selling the gift card that brought us in anyway.
The resturant is good as a whole. However, I had a waitress by the name of Amanda the other day. She was not friendly. She got friendlier towards the end of the meal. I do not know if it is because she wanted a tip. It was not a good experience with her. She really needs to work on her customer service skills and making people feel more comfortable.
LOVE, Love, love this Red Lobster. This is the loction you need to go if you have been to Old Red Lobster in the past and was disappointed, try this one. You will be very suprised as to what you will get from the service, food and expierience. The Service was excellent, the food was awesome and I enjoied my expierience.
Fight broke out! I thought the crew that was asked to leave was going to come back and start shooting up the place. I did not feel safe, so we hurried and left. The food was bland as well... watered down strawberry lemonade... yuck! Noodles had no taste either...

Got bad shrimp and got sick for 2 days. Trying the lobster and looks like stuff off the sorting floor….. if it does not look good plate wise than don’t serve it. GREAT server and other food today!
Wonderful restaurant! Consistently great food. Awesome staff. We've always had a wonderful meal here with attentive and kind wait staff. Love their cocktails too! Yum!
We went there to celebrate my granddaughter graduation. The staff was friendly, and our server was on point. The whole experience was excellent. Thanks to our server.
