I have visited the Bellevue Cafe twice over the last couple of months and I rate it amongst the best cheap eats in the Bellevue area. I have sampled the chili con carne served in a cup and it's a nice, filling, cheap meal on a cool Zürich winter day. They provide cheese if you prefer in your chili and it's got a bit of a spicy kick to it. Also provided are slices of bread, napkins and they always properly seal your meal and put it in a bag so it will not spill! A variety of soups and cheap sandwiches are presented well along other snacks and beverages they offer. For a quick meal to go it can't be beat. They do have a few tables located under their roof as well. The staff is very friendly.
I don't know how this place is able to offer such amazing sandwiches for the price. Zurich is a very expensive city and as a student visiting from the USA I needed to find some affordable eats and this place was perfect. A lunch at Mc Donalds costs more than a lunch here. Besides the low prices, the food is very delicious and tasty. The food is obviously very fresh and made with pride. My favorite sandwich would have to be the Thon. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the brownies! They really must be homemade or something because I've never had a brownie so good in my life. Thanks Bellevue Deli!! I will definitely come back on my future Zurich visits.
for 5 years this is my preferred stop on the way to work for espresso and french croissant (mjammm)! the friendly family revitalizes this take away and shows all that it goes on the zürcher bellevue even without ripping off with good quality. all sandwiches are made in front of place - you can even look at them. the creations do not know borders and one remembers one's own kindness with faustbrot and incision. sandwiches from vegi to meat - it also has salads and suppen. also baked goods (summary, rolls, brownies
I always wanted to try this little place by Bellevue and I did it today.No smile and barely a welcome message, leaving with the impression to bother. The range of sandwich is impressive, however portions are small. I had a chicken bacon ciabatta which was unfortunately nit as nice as I expected regarding the comments left on the page.But I didn't taste the bacon and had a back mouth of tunna dip, which was really unpleasant!I sm not sure if I will give another try or not yet.

It's my first days in Zurich and when I was having a walk around the city I decided to stop in this place to have a coffee. It's not one of the best coffees I have ever had, but it wasn't bad either. The sandwiches seem to be very tasty, but I wasn't hungry at all... Next time I will try one of themWhat I liked the most was the staff, very friendly and kind. If you are in the Area it's a good place to have a break and sit in one of the tables outside.
We were walking through town and tried to stop here for lunch to grab a bite. We bought some sandwiches and relaxed by the lake. Their sandwiches were already premade, but they used quality ingredients and the flavors were great. Its a nice cheap place to eat during the day. It was hard for us to find many cheap places to eat in Zurich, but this one was a good one. It's near the tram station in the middle of the square. The staff was friendly.
I attended this bartender during the street parade, despite the fact that there were many people around (which in Italy sometimes leads to serving food a little bit more poor.) the sandwich I ate was delicious, tasty, and light to digest. for the prices I have seen in zurigo I can also say that they are honest, you can eat with 8/9 francs. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a quick and cheap lunch.
This is a so called Sandwich bar ... great value and fantastic choice of sandwiches.Fresh food and well presented - very reasonably priced.Have a drink with the Sandwich and rest in this nice place for lunch time or a Snack in between and . . . for watching the world / trams go by ...This restaurant/Bar is a great asset in this area ... prizes are reasonable considering its location.I will visit again

From the outside it looks modest but the Bellevue Deli offers some of the best, and best value food in Zurich. Due to a change in work I've not had chance to go for a while but, will head back as soon as I can.
the sandwiches are really for Bellevue ratios i.O.Rash a sandwich on the way to the sea, and the service is always very friendly.
