Very disappointing experience! For the exorbitant price of CHF 595 per night in a historic hotel, I thought I was offering my partner a luxurious, high-quality anniversary gift. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. The booking process is totally inflexible and very complicated: confirmation of available places is only given 3 days before the date of stay and still has to be approved by the owners. The confirmation must then be signed by hand and returned within 3 days. Our booking request was refused three times on the grounds that the hotel was allegedly fully booked. On the day we booked, the hotel was virtually empty. Customer service is one of the worst I've ever encount...

Disheartening Experience for a Family in Need While passing by Bellevue des Alpes with our young son, we were met with a lack of compassion that deeply disappointed us. In dire need of a place for my girlfriend to breastfeed due to the cold at 2000m elevation, we asked the hotel host for a small accommodation in their open restaurant. Shockingly, we were directed to use the restroom for such a personal, nurturing act. This response was both shocking and disheartening. Breastfeeding is a natural, essential care act, and suggesting it be done in a toilet is insensitive and dehumanizing. We expected a basic level of empathy and understanding, which was starkly absent. This experience has tainte...

595 CHF for one night. It took almost 2 years to organize a 1-night stay with the hotel management (an overnight stay can only be checked 3 days in advance). The hotel was almost empty, so it speaks for poor management to pass the low room occupancy on to the few guests with inflated prices. Service is poor, inflexible, unfriendly and doesn't speak the customer's language. Employees are cheap workers (Spanish, Italians) who speak no German and hardly any English. Actually a given in a traditional Swiss hotel and at such prices! Poor price/performance ratio overall. There is no elevator, so older people have to climb stairs. The quality of the interior is old, partly dilapidated and in need o...

Dazu krosses Brot. Der Salat mit Zwiebelmarmelade und Ziegenkäse. Spielt mit Süße und Säure. Der Petersfisch mit La Ratte Kartoffeln und einer fein abgeschmeckten Beurre Blanc. Wirklich gut. Die Weinauswahl eher klein aber ordentlich. Der Service solide, freundlich und schnell.Wir kommen wieder!
