I will give the staff the benefit of the doubt that it was near the end of their shift and it was New Year's Eve. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't full. All the staff were in the back cleaning up and there was no one at the front to help waiting customers or deal with Uber Eats orders. When we were finally seated, it was in a dirty area. The service was slow and I had to flag down another staff member to remind them that I still hadn't received my toast. They also didn't offer me a glass of water, I had to ask for it. The food was good, but the service was lacking. There is definitely room for improvement.
