She spoke English, was attentive to our very needs, was listening to our orders, came over a few times to check if we were okay. The food was wonderful. Freshly squeeze orange juice is just that, and it tasted great! Prices were reasonable. The bad: Waiting period is long. Coffee refills are rare. Bathroom badly located, and close to some dinners. This Ben and Florentine is undoubtedly the best one my wife and I have visited. The service deserves six stars! The food is consistently served hot. Thank you for everything. The people of Saguenay are truly friendly and welcoming. Food: 5/5
During my last visit, the iced coffee I received didn't taste right, so I requested a replacement. The server slammed the new coffee on my table and walked away. Really?
