Greeted really nicely and the restaurant has a good atmosphere. Serviced quite well. It's our 2nd time here and still saw lots of oil in our food (in the sauce, napkins, plates etc) and my salmon was badly burned so I had to get that swapped with some chicken. However, staff advised that they ate it lol... good for them! Not very professional to say to a customer and try to make it sound as if I didn't know what burnt looked like lol. My hubby also pointed it out before I even said anything. The presentation was really nice, which I noted when placed onto the table but as I began to eat and properly noticed what was on my plate, I realised that it was not satisfactory. The food at this restaurant was decent, but not exceptional. The biggest issue was the rushed atmosphere, as if they were trying to hurry customers in and out quickly. We barely had time to enjoy our poppadoms before being asked for our main course order, and the rest of the meal felt similarly rushed. It was difficult to relax and enjoy our meal, as it seemed they were eager to get us out the door despite the lack of a busy crowd. The chicken tikka masala also had an odd taste, which was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, this restaurant is worth a visit, but could benefit from a more relaxed approach.
Quite a regular on delivery or pick up and have always enjoyed my meal however today I was very disappointed. Seems to be a compete change in recipe and tasted nothing like before. It was not a good change at all seemed like I was given the wrong dish?Unfortunately I could not enjoy or eat it much. My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We will definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon. Overall, we rated the service, food, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
The tikka masala had a strangely sweet flavor. The servers were very attentive and pleasant. Dining in for dinner, the price per person was between £10-20. The food was rated 4 out of 5, service 5 out of 5, and atmosphere 4 out of 5.
